Federation on whose territory during the battle, the defenders of the Motherland showed courage, endurance and mass heroism. In the cities stele is set, depicting the emblem of the city and the decree of the President.

rank Tver - “The City of Military Glory“ was signed
by the President of our country.

16, 2011 on the day of the 70th anniversary of
the liberation of Kalinin from German fascist troops.

stele is 11 meters.
Diameter is 0.85 meters
