It wasn’t really a problem for me until I started school. But on my first day everyone stared at me like I was an alien. I had to hide somewhere behind the school doors. I heard people shouting, “There’s the Big Friendly Giant” – like in Roald Dahl’s book. It was a complete shock. I spent the first two weeks pretending I was ill so I didn’t have to go to school.
Most of my friends only reach up to my chest – and that’s when they are in high heels! I’m 13, I’m 6 ft 3in and wear size 12 trainers – and I’m steel growing! Being so tall makes life hard. What should I do?
