1.In my opinion an Ideal Welfare State must

be available for everybody. 2.If people work they must pay contributions. 3.Some benefits are available to the unemployed, the sick, the retired and disabled. 4.Every child is entitled to a child allowance in spite of the income of his parent's. 5.Pensioners must be paid a high pension. 6.Women will get a pension at the age of 55, and men at 60.
