All stations and offices of an EMS are equipped with automated control systems, the systems allowing a message satellite monitoring behind motor transport of the medical organization and systems by fixing record of reception of a call.

Order of rendering of an emergency medical service

1. The medical assistant's mobile

team of EMS includes in the structure of the medical assistant (the expert with the secondary medical education, having the diploma in «medical business», the certificate of the expert – the document, granting to the individual the right to carry out medical activity in the specialty, further – the certificate), the hospital attendant and the driver.

• surname, name, patronymic, age and sex of

the patient;
• short data on a condition of the patient and circumstances of accident or disease;
• the exact address and phone, a code of a door of an entrance, and also rough data on journey to the location of the patient.

EMS. Mobile teams go:

for rendering of First Pomoshcha and transportation of patients in case of accidents, traumas and poisonings;
at diseases, including mental, menacing to life and health of the patient and persons surrounding them;
at childbirth and complications of a course of pregnancy;
for transportation on hospitalization of the patients demanding emergency medical care, including on a call of specialists of the organizations of primary medicosanitary help.

the moment of receiving a call before transfer for service

to a brigade of the EMS are defined by the list of categories of urgency of calls according to the annex to these rules:
1) 1-3 category of urgency – about 5 minutes;
2) 4-5 category of urgency - about 20 minutes;
3) The 6th category of urgency – till 30 minutes.
