include a 12 month industry placement after two
years of study. As a student this allows you to
put your learning into practice within industry.
At George, we're committed to developing talent
and skills within education. So, we offer a
number of paid student placements each year in
such areas as Buying, Design, Merchandising,
Garment, Technology and Supply.

In order to succeed, it's important that all
colleagues work together towards a common goal. Company and department team meetings, or huddles as we call them, are held on a regular basis to ensure that everyone is kept informed with how George and ASDA are performing, what the challenges are ahead, and what the business will be doing to meet those challenges; so all colleagues have full involvement in where the business is heading.
