Monday. The 31st of October.On the first day of my holidays I slept enough. Then I went for a walk to the park with my friend Tonya.

Thursday – was a sports day.
All day from 10.30am to 18.00pm I spent in the
sports – centre.10.30 - 12.00 I did yoga
12.00 - 14.00 I did a lot of exercises with a personal trainer
14.00 - 15.00 I swam in the pool
15.00 - 15.30 I took a sauna
16.00 - 18.00 I was in the gym

On Friday I and my friend
Anny went to her dacha in Sosnovo . We were
3 days there . We had a good time: played a lot, took a sauna, rode bikes, cooked sish-kebab.

Tuesday was the last and the
worst day of my holidays. It was the worst because
