Article 1. Basic concepts used in this Act

18) maintains the state register of expert organizations;
19) perform other functions under this Act, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Article 32 Transitional provisions
Employees of the State Fire Service, who before 1 January 2009 the special rank colonel of internal service (fire service) or Major General of the internal service (fire service) are entitled to retire on reaching the age limit of the following:
1) colonel of internal service (fire service) - fifty years;
2) Major General of the internal service (fire service) - fifty-five years.
