SAT Khan Academy. U-world at

least two hours a day and full test on weekends

with review.
IELTS/TOEFL IBT. Long term preparation includes being sunken into english environment.
At least 2 weeks before the exam start doing practice tests.
SAT Subjects tests (3 recommended)
