The International Health Regulations (IHR)
The IHR, which entered into force on 15 June 2007, require countries to report certain disease outbreaks and public health events to WHO
Directions of realization:
Strengthening of preventive actions, screening researches, improvement of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of the main socially important diseases
Improvement of sanitary and epidemiologic service
Improvement of the organization, management and financing of medical care in the Uniform national health system
Improvement of medical, pharmaceutical education; development and introduction of innovative technologies in medicine
Increase in availability and quality of medicines to the population
Target indicators
Implementation of the Program is calculated on 2016-2019 and provides:
Along with an education system also the health system have to change. Since July 1, 2017 the system of obligatory social medical insurance based on joint liability of the state, employers and citizens will begin to take root. Efficiency of this system is proved by world practice. The wide range of medical services will be provided to participants of system of medical insurance. Participation in it of socially vulnerable segments of the population will be supported by the state"
All these measures in 2018 will provide increase by 1,8 times of the new size of basic pension in comparison with 2017
