Stonehendge – one of the most known constructions

in the world. It is an ancient circle from stones.

Diameter of a circle is 30 meters. It has 82 five – ton megalits, 30 stone blocks on 25 tons every one, and 5 huge threelits, which weight of 50 tons. Constructions of Stonehendge proceeded within 2000 years. The Stonehendge was created 5000 years ago. The Stonehendge is a monument to knowledge and skill of our ancestors.

Trafalgar Square was built at the beginning

of the 19th century to commemorate the Battle of Trafalgar.

Admiral Lord Nelson’s statues stands on top of a column in the middle of Trafalgar Square. The large square is a traditional place for people to meet: all sorts of protest meetings are held in Trafalgar Square.
