The lung fluke becomes sexually

mature, not only in man, but also in numerous predatory

animals such as dog, wolf, cat, lion, leopard and pig. The transmission to man is related to the food habits of the population such as eating uncooked flesh of crabs and crayfish. For example, in Korea and Japan, crabs are squeezed to obtain a crab juice , this juice can cause infection with the parasite.
