I've always been attracted to the topic of leadership. Аnd I decided to give in to this position because it will be a challenge for me, I want to know what I can do, to reveal and develop my hidden abilities and of course get invaluable experience))
I want to gain self-confidence and pride in the fact that I took another step to meet my goals
I believe that the main difficulty will be the recruitment of a good team, because without it, the project won’t be realised, the second,in my opinion, is the design of the invitation letters - working with documents is always a tedious job which needs patience, the third challenge is the elaboration of measures, which includes search speakers and locations
I will be patient and work hard to overcome these difficulties

I am interested in the topic of leadership and self-development as a person, the Project I would like to help participants discover their inner potential and inspire in the search for their desired life. however, to show how they can use their strengths to not only benefit themselves but also the world. At the moment I have identified 2 sustainable development goals, which are implemented through the project : 8 and 9 the goal of sustainable development. In goal 8 is aimed at the problem of employment and inequality towards women in the labour market. As part of this topic I want to touch on new methods of working online or ways to create your business. 9 the goal is to encourage people to recycle. Here I would like to prove that recycling is not only useful, but also a profitable business
