I really want to grow as a personality and also

a creator of events and projects. I want to take more responsibility and learn what I can. Also I would like to learn how to build a strong team working for a common goal.

7. My own fears, misunderstandings in a team, members of a team will leave a project

3. An ideal team for me is a team where all the members respects each other, the impact of each person, and are ready to understand and support each other. Also in my ideal team members enjoy the working process, they understand why they do it and what it gives to them. What will I do to make it so? I will set the rules in a team such as do not be late, do not be rude, do not interrupt and so on. I will do a lot of constructive feedback. I will do informal meetings to set the good friendly atmosphere and set connections between members.

learn new culture and break stereotypes and help the world to become a better place. IGV project is about finding a solution for every situation, breaking the rules and becoming a family with your team who helps each other to overcome his fears.
5. It means enormous responsibility because when people go to an internship they partly trust us their lives and their experience. Partly it depends on us how much impact they can do and also it fully depends on us how much we ourselves can do. We must make us and our interns believe that together we can do everything and make a real impact.
6. I think, it is essential to speak children about such issues as safety in the Internet because nowadays the world is concentrated on the web sphere. The significant part of the content is on the Internet and also it has many useful information so children cannot help interacting with the Internet. To teach children how to organize their “web-life” is now almost the same that telling them how to behave with strangers in the street. It is very important because content in the Internet may influence children’s physical or emotional health. Children are our future so it is our responsibility to protect them.

2015. Each of 17 goals has sub-goals to achieve it.
For me gender equality (the goal 5)is very important because it is about human rights. It is terrible and foolish that in some countries women are still percepted as a resource for bearing children and they have no voice and no rights. Also in many countries people are surronded by gender stereotypes and many men and women cannot behave as they want to and cannot work where they want to.
Also the goal number sixteen about strong institutions is extremely important for me because everybody has to be equal to the law and nobody can be preferred and be more important than another person. When actors are stronger than institutions it will be stop economic and social growth. And there will be no justice.
