почти 50% это приезжие. Приезжают в большой город, видят красивые рестораны, ночные клубы, магазины, а денег нет и жить негде. Заработной платы нет и идут мелкие кражи, грабежи, вплоть до убийства. Это очень большая работа для нашей полиции.
