Hills, Southward of Moscow. The population of the region total 1840000.
Tula region is bounded by Moscow, Oryol, Ryazan, Kaluga and Lipetsk regions. Tula is in the the centre of Tula region. The other towns are: Aleksin, Belyov, Bogoroditsk, Dubna, Odoyev, Plavsk and others.

our region. The whole population of the region is almost
two million people. There are no high mountains there, it’s mainly a lowland with beautiful places: picturesque forests and woods, fields and meadows, rivers and ponds.

Tula has some research institutions and many educational establishments, such as the Tula Polytechnic and the Teacher Training Universities, many colleges and secondary schools.
