He must come
from Norway. (I’m certain)
He might / may / could be
an illegal immigrant. (it’s possible)

his passport. (it was possible)
He can’t/ couldn’t have lost his memory. (I’m certain it was impossible)

Примеры:
- He can’t (mustn’t) be
French.
- He started work five minutes ago. He can’t (mustn’t)
have finished already!
