prosperity both material and maral'nye . This is the state in which a system of laws to perfection . In this country prison is no longer needed as people live in prosperity and do not need to coversate immoral acts and go on the offense . In such a state there is no coruptie as education and treatment free of charge ,trade chesney. People living in that state what does not need but unfortunately at the moment poevlenie such a state is impossible.
